Palm Royale apartments is a wonderful place to live. There are shopping stores within a 2 minute walk and the building is near the 10 and 405 freeway. It's a few miles from the UCLA campus and the hospital. The area is very secure at late night as in 2 am.

This is a marvelous apartment building. The management and service staff is wonderful! They are always doing helpful upgrades to your apartment and the building. The neighborhood is safe, there is plenty of food stores and the area is freeway friendly!

Great place to live! The office staff is very approachable and always helpful. It is very convenient to have someone there seven days a week.

The pool and gym are nice and it is a two minute walk to Trader Joe's. Though there is no parking for guests, it is never a problem finding parking on the street. Overall, great place to live!

Only good things to say ! The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful - also very efficient. They made everything very easy. As for the apartment itself, well ... I just love it!!

Good clean modern apartments, we lived here for 2 years and would love to come back and stay. The location is fantastic with Trader joes (I love reader joes), Abertsons and coffee bean all in the same block. Good Bus connectivity to Culver City, the airport and Santa Monica. The apartment Managers are nice and friendly. All in all a good place to live!

This is my first apartment. I've had nothing but positive experiences. I have always felt secure. I have always had the best of service, with the management and staff. The other occupants are friendly and helpful.

Staff/maintenance is always pleasant. The complex is always clean/tidy. Everything works or is fixed quickly. The most favorable thing about Palm Royals is the smell, it immediately feels like Home. Every time I walk in I am happy to be a part of this community.

This complex is a very safe and well-maintained complex. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is also very easy to reach in an emergency. Location is usually quiet and has a lot of amenities.

This is a great building. People are really friendly and the building is well maintained. The gym and pool are really nice and the staff is very friendly. The location is also convenient with Trader Joe's and CVS right next door. Highly recommended.

It’s been pretty good overall. Friendly management team and neighbors, good condition overall inside apartment. However, I can hear the steps of neighbor who lives 1 floor higher, which bothers me a lot. Also, the laundry machines are not always all in good condition, which is a bit of trouble too.

Fantastic. Responsive management, clear apartment, anything broken gets fixed ASAP. All utilities work great, gym is great, ambience is great, and never have any issues with any residents, noise, or dirtiness. Would highly recommend to other people.

Palm Royale is a great place to live. Their newly renovated units are very nice and modern with granite counter tops, wood flooring in the common area, and new appliances. The property management and maintenance staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful as well.

Since we live on the second floor 213 with a big patio. It's easy to climb to our place. I wonder if there is any way to secure our place. Like to setup cameras to look at the aisle between our apartment and the other one or other way to make sure our safety.

Palm Royale is a great place to call home. The staff is friendly, competent, and attentive to residents' needs. The facilities are in good condition and maintained meticulously. The location is super, around the corner from Trader Joe's, with convenient public transportation to UCLA and LAX.

My husband and I love living at Palm Royale. The staff is friendly, responsive and the units are clean, unique and absolutely gorgeous. We always get compliments from our friends whenever they visit. The place is amazing and while it's a bit pricey, it's totally worth it.

The building is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to local grocery stores, schools, and freeways to get around LA. There are also impressive facilities included, specifically a gym, sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and rooftop sun deck.

The apartment management is responsive and friendly. The apartment is attractive and quiet. Arrangements were made via email and telephone without the opportunity to view the apartment or complex. It could have been a disaster, but it was the best decision I have made in the relocation process.

Love this apartment building. The gym is open 24-7 which is very convenient. Large spaces, sunken living room, and renovated kitchens and bathrooms make this a beautiful place to live. The building is well kept and there is a friendly staff that is available every day.

Palm Royale is a very nice apartment and besides the amenities like the pool, deck, and exercise room, the staff is very helpful and one of the best things about living here. There is a manager 7 days a week during business hours and 2 full time staff.

I have very recently moved into this apartment, but I am so in love with it! As soon as I visited it, I knew it was where I wanted to live. I visited 45 different complex (and I am unfortunately not exaggerating it) - none of them felt like home. Palm Royale was the right place for me! Beautiful entirely renovated apartments, very nice amenities, great location (close to the freeways, yet very quiet), and the staff here is amazing (friendly, helpful, efficient!) !

I am so glad that I kept looking for the right place, because Palm Royale seems like the perfect fit for me.

The staff is awesome with very fast responses to maintenance requests. The 5th floor is very quiet and you rarely see any neighbors out. Tenants that I do see seem to be professional types.

Have lived here for a while. Looked around for cheaper places but just ended up staying here cause you can find cheaper places, but you are not going to get the same service, facility, cleanliness, and convenience... etc. There are other places that are slightly newer and has similar services, but are quite a bit more expensive and most likely smaller and not very good floorplans.

"This is by far the best place that I've ever rented from (and I've rented from a lot of places in LA). I truly felt at home here, mostly because of Diana, the amazing Property Manager. If there's ever an issue (which there rarely is) she's on top of it! She truly cares about her tenants and goes out of her to way to make sure that they're comfortable. And the building itself is incredible! The amenities are top notch and it's always super clean. Also, the location couldn't be better."
